HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Have you placed an order online and wish to make a return? Notify our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your package.

Here is what you will have to do:
• Contact our Customer Service to request the withdrawal form, fill out with the required information and place it in the package.

• Prepare the package: insert the item(s) you want to return and the withdrawal form. Products shall be returned in the same conditions in which they have been received and therefore in a perfect state of conservation, complete with all of their elements, unused, with the original package and any included manuals, tags and labels still attached to the product. Returned items shall be checked by Legami’s warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact. Any potential reduction in the asset value of goods shall be chargeable to the Customer with the consequent refund only of the residual value of the product.

• Seal the package, apply the address on the outside of the box and send it to:

• When the return reenter the warehouse, Legami shall provide to refund by the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding the return shipping costs.

It should be reminded that:
- It is not possible to make a return in one of the Legami Boutiques if the purchase was made on the online store.
- In case of withdrawal, it is not possible to request exchanges or replacements for items ordered on Legami.com.



RETURN DUE TO DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Have you received a damaged, defective or wrong item? No problem! Our products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for up to two years from the date of delivery. 

• Contact our Customer Service filling out the Contact Form and write us your order number.

• Please send us some photos and/or videos in which the problem is clearly visible. Remember to also provide us with the factory code: it is an alphanumeric code printed on the packaging/label, generally near the barcode, and composed of 4 numbers, 4 letters, 2 letters. It is very important for us to carry out the appropriate quality controls!

• Your complaint will be analysed and you will receive feedback from our Customer Service as soon as possible. If the non-conformity is established, you will receive a refund or replacement. Otherwise, you will be informed about the reasons for the rejection.

It should be reminded that:
- The authorisation to return the product shall not constitute acknowledgement of its non-conformity. A refund or replacement will be confirmed only after the appropriate quality checks.
- You may request a refund or replacement no later than two months after discovery.
