Times, costs and conditions

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be processed and entrusted to the BRT courier within the next 48 working hours, while orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed and entrusted to the courier on the following Monday.
N.B.: the shipping times indicated below must be considered from the moment the order is given to the courier.

Remote areas
The remote areas are particularly difficult to reach areas and therefore for this reason shipments directed to this kind of locality could be delayed with respect to the times indicated. The remote places are often mountain areas, islands, but in some cases also central areas that the courier has difficulty in reaching.

Corriere
The service is provided by BRT.
The tracking service is active for all types of shipping.
The link that allows you to track the shipment is provided by email the morning after the day of purchase and will be active 24 hours later.
If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage in the mailbox. Afterwards the courier will try the delivery one more time. After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender, Legami in this case.
When buying online and placing an order it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (fixed or mobile number), the courier could call the recipient to request information in case he encountered problems during the delivery.
Legami undertakes to comply with the provisions set out in the paragraph 3 of the Conditions of Sale, but delivery times may be delayed:
- during particularly busy times of the year, when sales peaks occur, such as the Christmas period.
- in the case of holidays: the couriers don’t make deliveries on December 25th, December 26th, January 1st and on weekends.
