TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be processed and entrusted to the courier the next day, while orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed and entrusted to the courier on the following Monday.

Remote areas

The remote areas are particularly difficult to reach areas and therefore for this reason shipments directed to this kind of locality could be delayed with respect to the times indicated. The remote places are often mountain areas, islands, but in some cases also central areas that the courier has difficulty in reaching.

The service is provided by TWS courier

 

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES

The service is provided by UPS courier (Standard, Express)

 

TRACKING

The tracking service is active for all types of shipping.

The link that allows you to track the shipment is provided by email the morning after the day of purchase and will be active 24 hours later.

 

ABSENT RECIPIENT OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage in the mailbox.

Then:

- TWS: the courier will try the delivery two more times. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt the parcel will be sent back to the sender.

- UPS: the courier will deliver the package to the nearest UPS Access Point, so that the recipient can pick it up as soon as possible. The reference Access Point can be identified by checking the information reported on the tracking. The package will remain in storage for 10 days at the Access Point and if it is not collected by the recipient, it will be sent back to the sender.

 

If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender, Legami in this case.

When buying online and placing an order it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (fixed or mobile number), the courier could call the recipient to request information in case he encountered problems during the delivery.

 

SALES PEAKS AND HOLIDAYS

Delivery times may be delayed:

- During particularly busy times of the year, when sales peaks occur, such as the Christmas period.

- In the case of holidays. The couriers don’t make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

In any case, with regard to delivery times and costs, Legami undertakes to comply with the provisions set out in points 5 and 6 of the Conditions of Sale
