Deliveries in Italy
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you can track the shipment by clicking here track order or via the link received by email. Tracking will be active within 24 hours from when the courier takes charge of the order.
From the moment the order is handed over to the courier, we commit to delivering it within 48-72 hours.
Amazon Shipping makes 3 delivery attempts to the address provided during the order: if you are not available on the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification and the courier will try two more times. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to the sender.

Deliveries to European destinations (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom)
The service is provided by GLS.
After your order is completed, GLS will pick up the shipment and make a first delivery attempt to the address you provided.
If the first attempt is unsuccessful, GLS will deliver the package to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop for collection.
You will receive an email notification from GLS informing you of this option, including the opening days and hours of the Parcel Shop.
Furthermore, if delivery is not attempted, you will still receive an email from GLS informing you that the package will be available for pickup at the nearest GLS Parcel Shop, with opening days and hours listed.
What are GLS Parcel Shops?
GLS Parcel Shops are commercial outlets across Europe where you can pick up your Legami purchases at your convenience, without needing to be home during courier delivery and without risk of missing the delivery due to absence.
Thanks to the GLS Flex Delivery Service, you can customize your delivery by choosing one of the following alternatives:
- Pickup at a GLS Parcel Shop
- Choose a new delivery date
- Pickup at the local GLS office
- Delivery to a neighbor
Note: some options may not be available in your country.
Deliveries in the United Kingdom
For orders with a value exceeding £135, UK authorities may require VAT and customs duties, which will be charged to the recipient before delivery. These costs will be communicated by the courier, who will request payment to complete the delivery. The amount of customs duties depends on the type of product and can be estimated by consulting the UK official customs calculator, such as the HMRC Trade Tariff service.
The service is provided by Evri UK. A tracking link will be sent via email and will be active after 24 hours.
If the recipient is not present, the courier will make two more delivery attempts; you will receive an email notification after each attempt.
After the third failed delivery attempt, the package will be returned to the sender.
No storage service is available.
For the UK only, orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Deliveries in Switzerland
The service is provided by Swiss Post.
The tracking link will be sent by email and will be active after 24 hours.
If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left and the package will be delivered and held at the post office for the following 7 days.
If it is not collected within this period, or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
For Switzerland only, orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Remote areas
Remote areas are particularly hard to reach, and shipments to these locations may take longer than the stated times.
Remote areas often include mountainous regions, islands, and sometimes even central zones that couriers find difficult to access.
📒 Notes:
When placing an order online, it is important to provide a correct phone number (landline or mobile); the courier may contact the recipient if there are delivery issues.
Legami aims to comply with section 3 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, but delivery times may be delayed:
- during peak periods of the year, like the Christmas season;
- during public holidays.
