Physical Gift Card (PGC)

The PGC can be:

• purchased at all Legami-branded stores in Italy participating in the initiative ("Participating Boutiques"), with the exception of:
  • Alba (CN - 12051), via Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour 10/B;
  • Asti (14100), piazza Alfieri 57;
  • Biella (13900) CC Gli Orsi, viale Domenico Modugno 3B;
  • Firenze (50127) CC San Donato, via Carlo Ludovico Ragghianti 16/9;
  • Marcianise (81025) CC Campania, Località Aurno 87;
  • Napoli (80122), via Luca Giordano 138/140;
  • Roma (00146), viale Marconi 195;
  • Taranto (71121) CC Porte Dello Jonio, via per S. Giorgio;
  • Roma (00038) Valmontone Outlet, via della Pace;
• used at all Participating Boutiques and online on the Italian website www.legami.com, for purchases made by customers residing in Italy and intended for use within Italian territory.

Virtual Gift Card (VGC)

The VGC can be:

• purchased at Participating Boutiques and online on the Italian website www.legami.com, for purchases made by customers residing in Italy and intended for use within Italian territory;
• used at all Participating Boutiques and online on the Italian website www.legami.com, for purchases made by customers residing in Italy and intended for use within Italian territory.

How to use

In order to correctly use the Gift Card, the user must always ensure that at the time of purchase the number located below the barcode can be provided: by presenting the PGC or the e-mail containing the VGC at the till for purchases made at physical stores, or by entering the number directly in the designated field on the online purchase screen on the website.

Validity

The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the activation date, which for the PGC coincides with the purchase at the till, and for the VGC coincides with the receipt of the purchase confirmation e-mail.

For VGCs, Legami shall not be liable for the failure or delay in receipt of the purchase confirmation e-mail by the recipient due to force majeure or circumstances not attributable to Legami, such as, by way of example and without limitation, malfunctions of telephone lines and/or computer systems, receipt of the e-mail in the junk mail and/or spam folder, or incorrect recipient details entered by the purchaser at the time of purchase.

Upon expiry, the validity of the Gift Card cannot be extended and any remaining balance will be permanently retained by Legami, and cannot in any way be converted and/or refunded.

Once the amount loaded onto the Gift Card has been fully used, the Gift Card cannot be topped up.

Amounts and purchase limits

The Gift Card is available in denominations ranging from Euro 20.00 (twenty/00) to Euro 300.00 (three hundred/00), in multiples of Euro 5.00 (five/00).

A maximum of 3 (three) Gift Cards may be purchased per single receipt/order, for a total value not exceeding Euro 600.00 (six hundred/00).

The Gift Card cannot be purchased using discount vouchers or other Gift Cards.

Balance check

The balance and expiry date of the Gift Card can be checked at any time through the following page available on the website www.legami.com: https://www.legami.com/it-it/hub-giftcard.html.

Using the Gift Card

The Gift Card can be used to purchase all items in the range, available at the Participating Boutiques and on the Italian website www.legami.com.

More than one Gift Card may be used per single receipt/order, and the purchase may be combined with other payment methods accepted by Legami.

Products purchased using the Gift Card are subject to Legami's general terms and conditions of sale.

Returns

Any return of products purchased with a Gift Card, where applicable, will be handled as follows:

• for purchases made online: refund of the product price via top-up of the VGC – for the portion of the purchase made using the VGC – and any re-credit of the price relating to the remaining portion to the additional payment method used;
• for purchases made at physical stores: at Legami's discretion, replacement of the product or issuance of a voucher.

Liability

The Gift Card is a bearer instrument and cannot, for any reason, including cases of damage, loss, deterioration or theft, be blocked, refunded, returned or replaced. No liability for damage, loss, theft or improper use may be attributed to Legami.

Tax aspects

The sale of the Gift Card is outside the scope of VAT pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 3, letter a, of Presidential Decree no. 633/72.

Nature of the Gift Card

The Gift Card provides a means of payment and is not intended in any way as an investment instrument and/or an invitation to save.

Acceptance of the terms

The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, available online at www.legami.com and at the Participating Boutiques.

Changes to the terms

Any changes or updates to these terms and conditions will be communicated through notices at the Participating Boutiques and/or online at www.legami.com.
