Types of Gift Cards
Legami offers two types of Gift Cards:
- Physical Gift Card ("PGC")
- Virtual Gift Card ("VGC")
Where it can be purchased and used
Physical Gift Card (PGC)
Can be purchased:
At all Legami stores participating in the initiative ("Participating Boutiques"), excluding:

- Asti

- Firenze CC San Donato

- Napoli Giordano
- Novara
- Pistoia
- Pontecagnano CC Maximall
- Roma via Marconi

Can be used:
In all Participating Boutiques and online at www.legami.com, in the country where it was purchased.
Virtual Gift Card (VGC)

How to use the Gift Card
In order to properly use the Gift Card, the user must always ensure that at the time of purchase they can provide the number located under the barcode:
- Physical stores: by showing the PGC or the email containing the VGC at the checkout
- Online purchases: by entering the number directly in the appropriate space provided in the online purchase screen
Validity
The Gift Card has a validity of 12 (twelve) months from the activation date:
- PGC: activation occurs at the time of purchase at the checkout
- VGC: activation occurs upon receipt of the purchase confirmation email
Important for VGC: Legami will not be responsible for the failure or delay in receiving the purchase confirmation email by the recipient due to force majeure and, in any case, not attributable to Legami itself, such as, by way of non-exhaustive example:
- Malfunctions of lines and/or IT systems
- Receipt of email in junk or spam folder
- Incorrect recipient details entered by the purchaser at the time of purchase
Upon expiry, the validity of the Gift Card cannot be extended and any remaining amount will be permanently acquired by Legami and cannot in any way be converted and/or refunded.
Once the amount contained therein has been used up, the Gift Card cannot be recharged.
Amounts and purchase methods
Minimum amount: €10
Maximum amount: €300
Multiples of: €5
- It is possible to purchase a maximum of 3 (three) Gift Cards per single receipt/order
- The total value cannot exceed €600.00
- It is not possible to purchase the Gift Card using discount vouchers
Check balance and expiry date
The balance and expiry date of the Gift Card can be checked at any time through the following online page available on www.legami.com:

What can be purchased
- The Gift Card can be used to purchase all items in the assortment, present and available in Participating Boutiques and on www.legami.com, in the country where it was purchased
- It cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards
- It is possible to use more than one Gift Card per single receipt/order
- It is possible to supplement the purchase with other payment methods accepted by Legami
Products purchased using the Gift Card are subject to Legami's general terms and conditions of sale.
Returns and refunds
Any return of products purchased with a Gift Card, where applicable, will be handled as follows:
Online purchases
- Refund of the product price via VGC recharge for the portion of purchase made via VGC
- Possible re-crediting of the price relating to the remaining portion to the additional payment method used
Purchases made in physical stores
At Legami's discretion:
- Issue of a voucher (subject to the same conditions as these terms and conditions)
- Or cash refund
Loss, theft and damage
The Gift Card is to the bearer and cannot, for any reason, including cases of damage, loss, deterioration or theft, be blocked, refunded, returned or replaced.
No liability for damage, loss, theft, or improper use can be attributed to Legami.
Tax aspects
The sale of Gift Cards is outside the scope of VAT pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 3, letter a, of Presidential Decree no. 633/72.
Nature of the Gift Card
The Gift Card provides a payment method and is not intended in any way as an investment instrument and/or a solicitation of savings.
Acceptance of terms
The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, available online at www.legami.com and at Participating Boutiques.
