How to make a return?
If you placed an order online and wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the package.
Here’s how to proceed:
- Select the order from your Orders and Returns section, or here if you placed it as a guest while browsing the website from the purchase Country, and select the items you wish to withdraw.
- Follow the instructions, also choosing your preferred refund method, and prepare the package by placing inside the items you wish to return.
- Attach our warehouse address to the outside of the box and ship it, using your preferred courier, to:

It is important that the products are returned in the same condition in which they were received: intact, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, complete with all components, manuals, labels, and/or tags.
If any of these conditions are not met, your return may not be accepted, or the refund amount may be reduced depending on the condition of the returned item.
After assessing the condition of the return, you will receive a refund for the purchase price via the refund method selected when submitting the return request, excluding return shipping costs, which are borne by the customer.

- In case of withdrawal, exchanges or replacements for items ordered on Legami.com are not possible.
Return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
No problem! Our products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity for up to two years from the delivery date.
How to proceed for orders placed before 09/09/2025:
- Fill out the following Form indicating the order and the item for which you want to request support.
How to proceed for orders placed starting from 09/09/2025:
- Select the order and items you want to request support for from your Order List and fill in all the required fields.
❗Remember to take photos and/or videos of the item clearly showing the defect, and also provide the production batch code: this is an alphanumeric code printed on the packaging/label, consisting of 4 numbers, 4 letters, 4 numbers, and 2 letters.
This information is very important for us to carry out the necessary quality checks!
Your report will be reviewed and you will receive feedback as soon as possible. If the non-conformity is confirmed, a refund or replacement of the item will be possible. Otherwise, you will be informed of the reasons for the rejection.
❗Please note:
- Authorization to return the product does not constitute recognition of the product’s non-conformity. Refunds or replacements will be confirmed only after the appropriate quality checks have been performed.
- You may request a refund or replacement no later than two months from the discovery of the defect.
