UK Deliveries
For orders to deliver to UK, the maximum amount is 135 €. Shipping costs paid upon checkout already include import duties and there are not any additional fees to pay to receive your parcel. Remote areas
The remote areas are particularly difficult to reach areas and therefore for this reason shipments directed to this kind of locality could be delayed with respect to the times indicated. The remote places are often mountain areas, islands, but in some cases also central areas that the courier has difficulty in reaching.

European destinations except Switzerland and United Kingdom
The service is provided by GLS. After completing the order, your shipment will be taken over by the GLS courier, who will make a first delivery attempt to the indicated address.
If the first attempt does not result in delivery, the GLS courier will take the package to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop, where the package can be collected.
You will receive an email notification from GLS advising you of this possibility, indicating the opening days and hours of the GLS Parcel Shop.
Furthermore, in the event of a failed delivery attempt, you will receive an email notification from GLS advising you that the package will be available for collection at the nearest GLS Parcel Shop, indicating the days and hours the Parcel Shop is open. What are GLS Parcel Shops? The GLS Parcel Shops are present throughout Europe and are affiliated commercial establishments where you can collect your Legami purchases at your preferred time, without the need to be at home when the courier arrives and without the risk of not receiving the package in case of absence.

Thanks to GLS Flex Delivery Service, you will have the opportunity to customize your delivery by choosing one of these alternative delivery options:

  • Collection at a GLS Parcel Shop
  • Choosing a new delivery date
  • Pick up at your local GLS office
  • Delivery to neighbor

NB: Some options may not be available in your country.

Switzerland and United Kingdom
The service is provided by DHL. The tracking link is provided by e-mail and it will be active 24 hours later.
If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage in the mailbox. Afterwards the courier will try the delivery one more time. After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

When buying online and placing an order it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (fixed or mobile number), the courier could call the recipient to request information in case he encountered problems during the delivery.

Legami undertakes to comply with the provisions set out in the paragraph 3 of the Conditions of Sale, but delivery times may be delayed:
- During particularly busy times of the year, when sales peaks occur, such as the Christmas period;
- During holidays.
